Submit Claim

You can submit your claim by contacting your insurance company directly via their online portal, mobile app, phone line, or email; gather and include your policy number, detailed description of the loss, date and time of the incident, photos or video of the damage, and any repair estimates or receipts to support your claim. If preferred, file through a licensed public adjuster who can prepare and submit the paperwork on your behalf, document the damage, communicate with the insurer, and negotiate the settlement. Keep copies of everything you submit, note who you spoke with and when, and follow up in writing if you receive verbal confirmation so there is a clear record of your claim’s progress.
